I had to return my Milos for family skiing use case. Range wasn’t good and it couldn’t filter wind like it claimed. Went with Rocky Talkies with shoulder attachment instead.
I think it will probably work well for Mt Biking (closer range for most of the activity). The wind filtering in Hawaii on the beach and water was quite good for us.
Ya, this ski season. Rocky Talkies now have a GMRS version (which you need a FCC license for which is easy to get) for really good range. But we have just the normal ones.
