A few weeks ago we decided to get an Air Fryer. We’ve been cooking 6 nights a week since the stay at home order and I thought this would be a good time to make some things with a new gadget. I purchased an Instant Pot Vortex 4-in-1 Air Fryer for no other reason that I like Instant Pot as a company and brand and the size and form factor was appealing. I plan to keep this on the counter at all times.
